Our Yoga & Pilates team consists of two highly skilled professional instructors from London, Andrea Leonard and Ruth Smith, both qualified physiotherapist and very dedicated to improve their patients well being.

The itinerary includes some exciting activities, such as a wonderful getaway to Saint Emilion to discover one of the most prestigious Chateau of the Bordeaux wine region and taste some outstanding wines, a delicious food and wine pairing dinner cooked by our private chef, a cookery class with Chef Joss Genestet after going shopping with him at the local market, and more activities on site to unwind in a totally unspoilt countryside.

Itinerary of the Yoga Retreat at Chateau de Lerse

Day 1 (Wed. 8th May):

6.00pm: Check in at Château de Lerse (earlier check in is possible)

6.00pm to 7.00pm: Free time to rest, acclimatise and explore.

7.00pm: Sharing welcoming glass of wine and « farm to table » group dinner with hosts and Amuse Bouches team (vegan & vegetarian option available).

Day 2 (Thu. 9th May):

8.00am: Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga session with Andrea

9.30am:Breakfast

After breakfast to 11.30am: Free time, relaxing at the pool, explore the estate with the owners, chat with your instructors, and more…

11.30am to 1.30pm: Cold healthy buffet is available (vegan & vegetarian option available).

1.30pm to 6.00pm: Getaway to Saint Emilion with Charles – Visit of one of the most prestigious Winery and a stroll into the old UNESCO World Heritage town.

6.00pm to 7.30pm: Pilates session with Ruth, or relaxing massage with Andrea.

8.00pm: Food and wine pairing dinner with hosts and Charles (vegan & vegetarian option available).

Day 3 (Fri. 10th May):

8.00am: Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga session with Andrea.

9.30am: Breakfast.

10.30am: We take you on a shopping trip with our local Chef, at local famous producers market.

12.00am: Cooking lesson with our Chef followed by delicious healthy lunch (vegan & vegetarian option available).

2.30pm: Pilates session with Ruth.

3.30pm: Free time, relaxing at the pool, explore the estate with the owners, chat with your instructors and more…

7.00pm: Yin Yoga session with Andrea, or relaxing massage with Ruth.

8.00pm: Traditional three course french gourmet dinner (vegan & vegetarian option available).

Day 4 (Sat. 11th May) :

8.00am: Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga session with Andrea.

9.30am: Breakfast.

10.30am: Pilates session with Ruth.

12.00: Cold healthy buffet lunch is available (vegan & vegetarian option available).

2.00pm to 4.00pm: Free time, massage sessions available with Ruth & Andrea.

4.30pm: Last Vinyasa Flow Yoga session with Andrea, or massage with Ruth.

5.30pm to 7pm: Free time and pack up.

7pm: Sharing last group gourmet dinner (vegan & vegetarian option available).

Day 5 (Sun. 12th May) 

8.00am: Last morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga session with Andrea.

9.30am: Breakfast.

10.30am: Check out and transfer to Bordeaux airport, or Pilates session and massages with Ruth for those who have later flights or drove over.
